Honors graduates attend tea

The Jenkins County Unit, Georgia Retired Educators Association, hosted a tea May 15 for those students graduating with honors this year. They were presented with certificates by outgoing Unit President Jim Hite. Also honored was Vivian Davis for her many, many years of work on behalf of the retired educators in Jenkins County, especially for the dozens of meetings for which she provided refreshments with all the decorative trimmings.
