Carol E. Grimm Smith, formerly of Millen, died

Carol E. "Grimm Smith," 54, of Newville, Pa., formerly of Millen, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2008 in Eagle Point Skilled Nursing Facility in Orwell, Ohio.

Her funeral was held 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, at Hoover- Boyer Funeral Home, Inc. in Millersburg, Pa. Burial was in the Spring Grove Fetterhoff's Cemetery in Halifax, Pa.

Ms. Smith was born Friday, December 18, 1953 in Harrisburg, Pa., the daughter of the late James M. Grimm I and the late Emma V. Seltzer. She worked as an office manager with Trout Drywall in Mechanicsburg, Pa. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Grimm Sr.

Survivors include a daughter, Kristen Smith of Newville, Pa.; two brothers, Rodney Grimm Sr. and his wife, Kathleen, of Dillsburg, Pa. and Ricky Grimm and his wife, Karen, of Lewisberry, Pa.; a sister-in-law, Lana Thumma of Carlisle, Pa.; an aunt, Clara June Kinsinger and her husband, Ivan, of Dauphin, Pa.; nine nieces and nephews; and nine great-nieces and great-nephews.
