Summer lunch program underway
Local kids are taking advantage of the summer lunch program at Jenkins County High School. From June 2 through June 27, students can receive free lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the high school. Approximately 225 children are receiving lunch through this program. Bussing has been provided for students living in town.
