Girls take part in softball clinic
Local softball stars gave back to the community with a softball pitching camp held at the Jenkins County Recreation Department. The camp was held June 9-13 and was led by Mary Johnson and Crisalyn Walker. The girls learned pitching technique and practiced throwing at a target. Girls participating in the camp were: Callie Dailey, Amanda Haden, Abby Wiggins, Dona Gay, Tori Becton, Amy Whitt, Nicole Wilson, Emily Edenfield and Claire Lanier.
