Cards of Thanks

We are so blessed to have you as our friends, and to live in a community like Jenkins County. Thank you for your prayers, your financial support and for all the volunteers that helped us rebuild since the Mother's Day tornado.

God placed you in our paths, and we are so grateful.
Sincerely,
The Rosemary Baptist Church Family

Dailey

On May 16, 2008, my husband, Jerry Dailey, suffered a fall from the roof of his mother's house. The fall broke his neck, left pelvis and right wrist, and put a 3-inch laceration in his head that took 13 staples to repair. First, let me thank God for sparing his life. We are fortunate that his accident did not leave him permanently damaged.

There are so many people to thank, and I am scared to name them for fear of leaving someone out. If I do, please forgive me, that is not my intention.

Thank you, Dr. Campo and staff at Jenkins County Hospital, and to family and friends that were with us in the ER.

Thank you to our children, Felicia and Jeremy. I know you both were hurting and scared, but you showed such strength and compassion for your dad, and we love you more than you'll ever know. You both continue to be there for us everyday. Please know that we are very proud of you, and that you continue to be our source of strength.

Thank you to our preacher, Jamie Archer, and the congregation of Oak Hill Baptist Church. Words cannot express the gratitude we owe to all of you. You are all dear to us, and I hate to think what we would do without each and every one of you.

Thanks to everyone in Millen for your prayers, calls, cards, visits, food, etc. We will be forever grateful, and are glad to call you "friends."

A special thanks goes to Debra Herrmann for all she has done, and continues to do for us on a daily basis.

Jerry is home and working out of his office behind our house. He is unable to walk, so he is not able to do any physical work. And for those of you who know Jerry, that has been very difficult for him. He is getting better and stronger every day, and diligently working to get back to his old self. He has always been a pillar of strength for me and even at his weakest point, continued with that same strength and endurance that I have come to know and depend on for the last 34 years. He is a good man, one that I have the utmost love and respect for. God saw fit to leave him here, and we cannot thank Him enough.
