Nonpartisan candidates qualify Qualifying as a Nonpartisan candidate for the Nov. 4 General Election will take place this week in the office of the Jenkins County Probate Judge at the Jenkins County Courthouse until noon Friday, June 27. Local seats up for election include: Jenkins County Board of Education, District #1, presently held by Roderick Campbell; District #3, presently held by Roy Cook; and District #4, presently held by Vicki Odom.
