Williamson, Williams to marry on Oct. 4

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Harris of Portal and Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Thigpen of Register announce the engagement of their daughter, Felicia Ann Williamson of Statesboro, to Terry Parker Williams Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Williams Sr. of Millen.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, Oct.4, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Saxon in Statesboro.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Felix Lastinger and the late Mr. Harry Thigpen, all of Statesboro.

She is a 1992 graduate of Statesboro High School. She attended Ogeechee Technical College and is currently selfemployed.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Connie Cavender and the late Mr. Woody Cavender of Claxton, Mr. and Mrs. Don Holmes of Hopkinsville, Ky. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Loren C. Williams Sr. of Millen.

He is a 1999 graduate of Jenkins County High School. He attended Georgia Southern University and is owner and operator of Terry Williams Construction in Millen.

Following the wedding, the couple will reside in Bulloch County.
