Herrington on OTC president's list

Jessica L. Herrington has been named to the president's list at Ogeechee Technical College (OTC) for spring quarter.

She has distinguished herself through academic achievement, maintaining a 4.0 GPA average since she first began at OTC.

Herrington is the daughter of Debbie and Tim Frawley and Dwayne and Tracey Herrington.
