Police Blotter

The Millen Police Department investigated two accidents and reported the following incidents this week.

Saturday, June 7

A Buckhead Road business owner reported that someone known to them broke several pool sticks at the business establishment.

Wednesday, June 25

A school teacher reported that her cellular telephone was stolen out of her pocketbook in the classroom. The telephone was discovered behind the classroom door the following day after the teacher spoke with a student's parent concerning the matter.

Saturday, June 28

A Jeanette Drive resident reported that someone known to her left a threatening voice message on her telephone.

Tuesday, July 1

An Enmark employee reported that someone driving a black Chevrolet truck drove off without paying for $39 in gasoline.

Friday, July 4

A Toby Drive resident reported that someone known to her broke her cellular telephone, damaged a microwave and took $100 from the residence after the two became engaged in an argument.
