In loving memory of Mr. Willie J. Chance III Who departed this life September 23, 2007

We are sad within our memory, lonely are our hearts today.
For the one we loved so dearly has forever been called away.
We think of him in silence, no eye may see us weep,
But many silent tears are shed while others are asleep.
His smiling way and pleasant face are a pleasure to recall,
He had a kindly word for each and died beloved by all.
Someday we hope to meet him; someday we know not when,
To clasp his hand in the better land, never to part again.
Gone is the face we loved so dear. Silent is the voice we loved to
hear.
Too far away for sight or speech, but not too far for thought to
reach.
Sweet to remember him who once was here,
And who, though absent, is just as dear.
While you will always be in our hearts, we will love you eternally.
