Time Capsule to be closed Oct. 30
      Items for enclosure in the time capsule that will be placed on the lawn of the Jenkins County Courthouse should be submitted to the Millen-Jenkins County Chamber of Commerce no later than 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29. The capsule will be closed Thursday, Oct. 30.
