Police Blotter

The Millen Police Department reported the following incidents this week.

Tuesday, Sept. 2

• A Hendrix Street resident reported the theft of a 9mm pistol from his residence.

Friday, Oct. 10

• Officers investigated an accident on Palmer Row in which a green Ford Explorer was found turned over in the ditch. There were no occupants, but a driver's license of a female Wadley resident was found inside the vehicle. The vehicle was towed.

• James Kelly Jr. of 237 Tanglewood Drive was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, no driver's license-first offense and safety restraint violation adult.

Sunday, Oct. 12

• A Drexel Avenue resident reported that someone known to her came to her place of employment and harassed her. They then followed her into the parking lot and started hitting her car.
