Kathy Ruth Fulmer Lewis, 55, died Sunday, May 17, 2009.

Private memorial services will be at 11 a. m. Wednesday (today), May 20, at her residence at 4266 Lewis Church Road with Elizabeth Elmore officiating.

She was born in Candler County. She was a retired legal secretary for J. P. Cheney and was a Baptist.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Lewis; two daughters, Rachel (Michael) Wells of Swainsboro and Jennifer (Steven) Cribbs of Millen; a son, Lee (Catherine) Lewis of Millen; five sisters, Margie Brumley of Portal, Debbie Woods, Lisa Muns, Peggy Barrow and Patricia Doyle, all of Metter; three brothers, Robert Fulmer, Larry Fulmer and Ricky Fulmer, all of Metter; seven grandchildren, Jordan Cribbs, Lainey Key, Sydney Lynn Rigdon, Emma Wells, Anna Wells and Ethan Wells.

Crowe-Fields Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
