Kacey Amanda Lovett and Marcus Randall Johnson Mr. and Mrs. Johnny B. Lovett of Alexander announce the engagement of their daughter, Kacey Amanda Lovett, to Marcus Randall Johnson of Millen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Johnson of Millen and the late Mrs. Heidi M. Johnson.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, September 26, 2009, at Bethel Baptist Church in Alexander.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jackie B. Lovett, Mrs. Clara Bell McClain and the late Alvin H. McClain Sr., all of Alexander.

She is a 2004 graduate of Edmund Burke Academy and a 2009 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.

She is employed as a third grade teacher at Edmund Burke Academy.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Johnson, Mrs. Farris Markovcic and the late Mr. John M. Markovcic, all of Millen. He is the great-grandson of Mrs. Susie B. Joyner of Millen.

He is a 2005 graduate of Edmund Burke Academy and is self-employed.
