Dear Editor: My Jenkins County High School (JCHS) and Millen baseball team lost one of its finest members. Frank (Stephens) was a team mate of mine on the JCHS 2B champs of '58 and the Ogeechee League champs of '59. He was one fine guy and a great team mate.
