      Dear Editor: The Jenkins County/Millen Fair-on-the-Square is 30+ years old, with the face lift of the courthouse, the location will be changed this year. Ms. Art Johnson of the Millen Better Hometown has worked very hard to make this a smooth year for the Fair-on-the-Square.
