The Millen Police Department reported the following incidents this week.

Saturday, Nov. 7

• Ronnie Rodrick Morris of 637 Murphy Street, Midville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol-first offense, failure to maintain lane, fleeing/ attempting to elude law enforcement, resisting arrest and defective equipment.

• Officers investigated a criminal trespass at a B-Street residence.

Sunday, Nov. 8

• Officers investigated a burglary at the Community Worship Center church located on Virginia Avenue.

Thursday, Nov. 12 • Rickey Daniels of Plum Avenue was charged with theft by taking, interference with government property-felony and obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers –misdemeanor.

• A School Drive resident reported the theft of her vehicle at a Winthrope Avenue location by someone known to her.
