A membership drive is currently underway by Friends of the Jenkins County Memorial Library (FOL).

The mission of FOL is to assist the library’s efforts in providing the best possible service to the community. Members do this by paying dues. They may, also, if they choose, participate in volunteer opportunities to raise funds for the library and increase the community’s awareness of the importance of the services the library provides to the people of Jenkins County.

Membership dues are as follows: personal - $5; couple - $10; family - $15; lifetime (individual) - $100; small business - $25; large business - $50; and non-profit organization or club - $25.

All checks should be made payable to Friends of the Library and mailed to Friends of the Library, c/o Jenkins County Memorial Library, 223 Daniel Street, Millen, GA 30442.
