(Photo contributed) The Millen Police Department (MPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at the Cash Now convenience store on East Winthrope Avenue.

The male suspect was wearing bright red pants, a black face mask and a baby blue stocking hat. He fled the store on foot, running toward Lovett’s Hill.

Anyone who may have seen the suspect or who has information regarding the incident should contact the MPD at (478) 982-2750. Informants may remain anonymous.
