Richard and Julie Youmans proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Dallie Ellen, on Nov, 10, 2009 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. Dallie weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and was 20 3/4 inches long. Grandparents are Mary Wilson Owings of Millen and Lexie Farrer Williams of Mathews. Dallie was welcomed home by her older sister, Jacey. (Photo contributed)
