Kelsey Chapel Baptist Church will present a Black History Program 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6. Dr. Roderick Hilton of First Baptist Church in Lincolnton will be the speaker, and the CSRA Mass Choir will sing. Pastor Albert White and the Kelsey Chapel family invite the public to attend.
