Ronnie Perryman, Charlie Troop, 108th Calvary Division, arrived back at Ft. Stewart from Afghanistan on Sunday. Ronnie just completed his third tour of duty in the Middle East. He is the son of Helen Boone and Herman Perryman.

I attended a “meet and greet” hosted by Southeastern Technical College (STC) at the Jenkins County Adult Learning Center on Thursday of last week and appreciated the opportunity to meet personnel with STC.

STC provides valuable services to this community through programs offered at the adult learning center and the local school system. Personnel at the meeting expressed a genuine desire to discuss the needs and concerns expressed by local leaders and offered suggestions for improved services.

It was a very informative meeting.
