Spring is almost here! Don’t forget to come to the library on Saturday, March 6, to enjoy the Flower Show between 2-5 p.m. There will be some absolutely gorgeous arrangements, and the library will have a display with some useful information on ways to help your garden grow!

Don’t forget to come in 4 p.m. Wednesdays for our great Storytimes! There is always a wonderful story and a chance for the kids to do a special activity.

New at the library – Real Life and Liars by Kristina Riggle.

Mirabelle Zielinski had always tried to be a good mother, but for her children – now grown and on their own – happiness always seems to be just out of reach. Her oldest daughter is trapped in a stale marriage; her son is depressed and has the worst taste in women; and her free-spirited youngest daughter is now pregnant and reluctantly married to a man twice her age. When they come together for an anniversary party, lies will be revealed, hearts will break and the biggest shock of all will come from Mirabelle.

St. Patrick’s Day Fast Facts: Beyond the Blarney - A compilation of facts about this holiday celebrated on March 17, which “marks the Roman Catholic feast day for Ireland’s patron saint.” It includes facts such as that “New York City hosted the first official St. Patrick’s Day parade in 1792.
