Fire engulfs mobile home


This mobile home located in Williams Trailer Park on Finch Road was destroyed by fire Friday, Feb. 26. The 7 a.m. blaze sent one person to the Jenkins County Hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation. No other injuries occurred. The North Jenkins County Volunteer Fire Department and Jenkins County Fire Department responded. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
