Students under the age of 16, as of Dec. 31, 2009, are invited to participate in the Millen Optimist Club’s annual Oratorical Contest. The event will take place 4 p.m. Sunday, March 21, at Morrison Grove Baptist Church, Old Louisville Road.

This year’s topic is, “Cyber Communication: Progress or Problem?”
