Danielle Elmore and Blake Gay Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Elmore of Millen are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Danielle, to Charles Blake Gay, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Horace Gay III and Kim Edenfield-Gay of Millen.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 5, 2010.

Miss Elmore is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Elmore of Millen, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Sutton of Metter and Mr. and Mrs. John Hephner of Charleston, S.C. She graduated with honors from Jenkins County High School in 2007 and will graduate from Georgia Southern University in December 2010 with a bachelor of science in Nursing. She is a member of West Millen Baptist Church and is employed with Doodle Bugs in Statesboro.

Mr. Gay is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie O. Edenfield of Millen and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Horace Gay Jr. of Garfield. He graduated from Jenkins County High School in 2004 and graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2009 with a bachelor of business administration, a major in Finance and minor in Management. He is a member of West Millen Baptist Church and is employed with Farmers and Merchants Bank in Statesboro.
