The Chatter Box
I received the following “Seeds from the Sower” of the Michael Guido ministries in Metter and thought it worthy of sharing as Easter approaches.
“A friend carried two pigeons into his church. Each had a Bible verse tied to one leg. The first, a fantail pigeon, was released. It strutted around and showed off its fine feathers, but didn’t care about the message. The second, a homing pigeon, was released. It winged its way out of the building and into the sky. Thirty minutes later the phone rang. The owner announced over the public address system that his bird had delivered the message: He is risen! You have a gospel message. Will you on this Easter just display it like the fantail pigeon, or will you deliver it like the homing pigeon? Which?”
