RONALD ENORTH MACK RONALD ENORTH MACK A Twin City man is facing a variety of charges in connection with an April 6 incident in which he towed a Jenkins County resident’s vehicle to her home and then entered the residence and refused to leave.

Ronald Enorth Mack, 45, Culbreth Lane, Twin City, was charged with criminal trespass, false imprisonment, possession of a drug related object and solicitation of sod- omy.

Mack, an employee of Stanford Body Shop, Twin City, had responded to a call for assistance to tow the victim’s vehicle and to drop her off at her home. Upon arrival at the residence, he made his way into the home and refused to leave.

The victim was able to go into another room and contact her neighbor who responded to her plea for help while his wife called the Jenkins County Sheriff’s Department. Upon arrival, deputies encountered the man, and he was arrested after a brief struggle. Mack was transported to the Jenkins County Jail, pending court action in his case.

The victim was not physically injured.

Sheriff Oglesby has issued a warning to residents concerning the incident.

“Never allow someone you don’t know into your home. If they come up asking to use the phone, the restroom or for any other reason, keep them outside and call the sheriff’s office. If their business there is legitimate, they will not mind seeing one of us coming to their aid. If it is not, they will be on notice that they cannot get away with poor behavior or criminal activity,” Sheriff Ogelsby said.
