Dear Editor:

Yesterday I was so pleased to receive my weekly edition (April 28) of The Millen News. Even though I am class of 65 at Jenkins County High School, Millen is still home to me in 2010.

I was so shocked by the editorial comic. First, it displays a lack of knowledge concerning federal law and liberty in our country. Second, it demonstrates a clear lack of research and verification of facts. Third, it shows total disrespect for law and law enforcement. Finally, it is in poor taste and has no redeeming humor value.
