Mrs. Pearl Becton Myers, 61, died Thursday, May 27, 2010.

Graveside services were held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2010 at the Millen Cemetery with the Revs. Rudine Becton and David Wheeler officiating.

Mrs. Myers was a Jenkins County native. She was retired from Bell South and was a member of the Big Horse Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her brother, James Becton, and parents, Arthur and Alice Becton.

Survivors include her husband, Tommy Myers of Millen; a daughter, Paige (Josh) Fleming of Millen; a granddaughter, Kyleigh Fleming of Millen; four sisters, Minnie Bell Sherrod and Doris Young, both of Millen, Ruth Williams of Statesboro and Jean Skinner of Sylvania; five brothers, Rudolph Becton, Johnny Becton and Rudine Becton, all of Millen, Otis Becton of Sylvania and Robert Becton of Augusta.

Crowe-Fields Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
