Police Blotter
The Millen Police Department reported the following incidents this week.
Wednesday, June 9
A Park Avenue resident reported a burglar at the residence. Items reported missing were medicines and cigarettes.
Thursday, June 10
A Seventh Avenue resident reported the theft of a cell phone from the residence.
Officers investigated a criminal tresspass complaint at a Martin Luther King Jr. residence. A window of the residence appeared to have been shot with a BB gun.
Friday, June 11
A Plum Avenue resident reported that a window of his vehicle had been broken.
Saturday, June 12
Officers investigated a simple assault complaint involving several individuals.
Officers investigated an incident in which an individual was knocked to the ground by a moving vehicle during an argument.
Sunday, June 13
A shoplifting incident was reported at the Family Dollar Store. The suspect was described as a black, male wearing a white tank top and blue jeans. He was the passenger in a white car.
