Stormy Weather
Thunderstorms dumped over six
inches of rain in the City of
Millen last Tuesday, flooding numerous
streets. Accompanying
wind also brought down this giant
oak tree on Masonic Street,
above, blocking traffic and narrowly
missing a nearby home.
Right, this shed in the backyard
of a residence on Woodbine Avenue
was demolished by a fallen
tree.
