Breanna Adams and Houston Bowers Mr. and Mrs. Jeffery Edwin and Sherri Burke Adams of Millen proudly announce the marriage of their daughter Chelsie “Breanna” Adams to John “Houston ” Bowers, son of Mr. Loron Holbrook (Brook)

Bowers of Millen and Ms. Shirley Cope of Columbia , S.C. The wedding was an event of May 21, 2010 in the beautiful town of Wichita Falls, Texas. The occasion was shared with Breanna’s mom Sherri Adams and Aunt Rhonda Adams Hendrix.

Grandparents of the bride are Alvin Ronald and Marie (Oglesby) Adams and the late Ted and Diane (Sherrod) Burke all of Millen.

Grandparents of the groom are the late Dr. John Phillips and Barbara (Landford) Bowers of Millen and the late Jack and Ruth Cope of Columbia , S.C .

Houston and Breanna are planning a formal wedding and reception with family and friends on May 21, 2011. The couple and their pet Benzie Kate (a Mauxie) are currently residing in Belleville, Illinois where Houston, a 2009 graduate of Jenkins County High School, is stationed at Scott Air Force Base.

Breanna, a 2010 graduate of Jenkins County High School, will be attending Southwestern Illinois College in the fall pursuing a career in nursing.
