TIMMOTHY LANAR BURKE A Millen man is facing charges of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in connection with a July 16 shooting incident that occurred at 210 Grant Avenue.

Timmothy Lanar Burke, 26, of 4647 Harriett Miller Road turned himself into authorities shortly after the 9:24 p.m. incident in which Stephen Lee Graham, 27, of 808 Herndon Street was shot once in both lower extremities.

Burke was already en route to the Jenkins County Hospital when Millen Police Department officers, responding to a call for assistance, arrived on the scene. Graham was identified as the shooter.
