Jenkins County High School is looking forward to another great year for 2010-2011. In an opportunity to have a smoother transition for the new school term, Ms. Hearn, Guidance Counselor, is requesting juniors and seniors to stop by the Counselor’s Office and pick up their schedule prior to Open House in order to make any necessary changes before the first day of school.

Schedules can be picked up on the following dates and scheduled times for each grade level: Thursday, Aug. 12, 10 a.m.–12 p.m., seniors and 1-3 p.m., juniors.

Dr. Joey Kirkland, principal, has also advised that seniors who made the “516 Club” will be allowed to choose their lockers and reserve their parking spaces during these times.

All students are invited to come to Open House on Friday, Aug. 13, to pick up their schedule, meet their teachers and visit their classrooms.
