Troopers release 2006 stats



State Troopers from the Sylvania Post of the Georgia State Patrol investigated 48 traffic crashes during the year of 2006 in Jenkins County. Sergeant First Class Young said the traffic crashes resulted in 37 injuries and no deaths. SFC Young said troopers from Post 21 also issued 1,469 traffic citations in the county during the year.
